| austrian we are at 4615 views i am hoping to arrive next week at 5000 does your wife cook pasta? now i write you how to cook pasta-carbonara for 2 persons you took 2 eggs you throw away the white part using so only the red part of the egg put the red part in a dish with pepper and salz and with a fork you mix. A part with few oil you cook for 3-4 minutes some pancetta (cut in little parts) then in the eggs mixed you put few parmigiano and mix again You cook pasta when it is ready you put again parmigiano above pasta in the cooking pan in the end you put the eggs together with pancetta and oil together pasta in a frying pan and you cook all for 3 minutes. i hope people understand my write |
